PROJECT - 01 01 The residence is organized around a sequence of interconnected living spaces, with private and shared areas distributed across different levels. Natural materials, generous glazing, and carefully oriented openings bring daylight, views, and landscape into the home. The design responds to the site's natural slope through a terraced architectural form. The building is positioned along the contours to reduce visual and physical impact on the landscape while maximizing views toward the surrounding hills. A combination of timber cladding, pitched roofs, balconies, and large glazed openings gives the residence a warm contemporary character. A contemporary residence designed as a response to its sloping natural terrain. The project explores the relationship between built form, landscape, and family life through a series of stepped volumes that follow the contours of the site. Large openings, terraces, and layered roof forms create a strong connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. 02 The residence is shaped by the natural contours of the hillside. The design develops through a series of simple massing transformations, gradually adapting the built form to the terrain while creating meaningful connections between interior and exterior spaces. 01 — Contour Response Building volumes follow the natural slope of the site. The Concept 02 — Addition & Subtraction Volumes are adjusted to respond to terrain and create balanced spaces. 04 — Form & Identity The mass is refined to create a distinct architectural character while preserving the connection with the landscape. 03 — Central Courtyard A shared open space is introduced to connect the main living areas. 03 The ground floor is organized around a central courtyard that acts as the heart of the residence. Shared living, dining, and kitchen spaces are positioned around this open space, while private bedrooms are placed toward the quieter edges of the plan. Clear circulation connects the interior spaces with the courtyard, terraces, and entrance. The garage and service areas are positioned near the approach for convenient access, creating a functional balance between private, semi-private, and outdoor spaces. 11 4020 mm 5 4 7327 mm 10 6 5500 mm 9 19401 mm 8 2 5000 mm 1500 mm 5000 mm 3000 mm 1 3 5120 mm 7 5000 mm 7 Name LOBBY GARAGE KITCHEN BALCONY STAIRCASE BEDROOM WASHROOM FRONT PORCH LIVING ROOM Name DINING ROOM OUTDOOR DECK Washlet G450 Door - interior Stairs - U shape Glass block window US Palladian window M US Door - EU France interior Picture window XL US 42'' Garage door roll-up arched Multiple mulled units window Double hung window US 4060 Double hung window US 3444 Dining table basic rectangular Double door - exterior Bypass sliding door 5-panel triple track - US Langudden 5 2 4 7 10 11 Room Number 690 mm 890 mm 383 mm 613 mm 3400 mm 3320 mm Width 2997 mm 1400 mm 1990 mm 1346 mm 2134 mm 1067 mm 1067 mm 2571 mm 1016 mm 1219 mm 6 m sq 8 m sq Notes 30m sq 20 m sq 49 m sq 22 m sq 26 m sq 24 m sq 19 m sq 13 m sq 12 m sq 95 mm 76 mm 76 mm 76 mm 900 mm 809 mm 700 mm 348 mm 102 mm 102 mm 691 mm 152 mm 188 mm 1300 mm 1065 mm 3514 mm Height 0000 600mm 050 mm 080mm 1940 mm 260 mm 400 mm 260 mm 3920 mm 00 mm 3000 mm 4241 mm 3000 mm 4500 mm 259 mm 8000 mm 1 3 6 8 9 GROUND FLOOR PLAN
04 The section illustrates the relationship between the stepped levels, sloping terrain, and layered roof forms. The building responds to the hillside through a compact vertical arrangement, allowing each level to connect with balconies and outdoor spaces. Sloped metal roofs respond to the terrain and climate, while deep overhangs provide shade and weather protection. The section emphasizes natural light, ventilation, clear vertical circulation, and strong indoor–outdoor connections across the different levels. L2 6400 L3 9600 L1 3200 L1 0 SECTION A-A
The central courtyard forms the heart of the residence, bringing nature and natural light into the interior. A planted tree and reflecting pool create a calm focal point while visually connecting the surrounding living spaces. Warm timber flooring, soft natural finishes, and controlled daylight create a quiet and inviting atmosphere. The open circulation around the courtyard strengthens the connection between family spaces and nature. Courtyard 05

PROJECT - 02 A contemporary mixed-use office environment designed around connectivity, accessibility, and a vibrant public realm. The project integrates workspace with landscaped outdoor areas, creating a comfortable and active setting for work, interaction, and everyday activities. The site is positioned within an established urban neighborhood, responding to the surrounding streets, buildings, and pedestrian movement. The design strengthens its connection to the city through an inviting frontage and accessible public spaces. 01 Connectivity Clear pedestrian and vehicular access connects the development with its surroundings. Commercial Complex Featured: Materiality A contemporary material palette creates a refined and cohesive architectural identity. Landscape Integrated greenery softens the built form and creates comfortable outdoor spaces. Public Realm Landscaped plazas and active edges encourage interaction and improve the experience of the surrounding streets. I II The massing responds to the hierarchy of these functions, creating varied building heights and a central recreational space that acts as a social focal point. By integrating circulation, landscape, and public activity, the proposal establishes a connected environment where individual programs contribute to a cohesive architectural identity. 02 The section demonstrates the relationship between the three programmatic zones, with the central recreational space acting as a connective element between the food and commercial functions. A network of food- oriented spaces designed to support gathering, interaction, and everyday community activity.
