Ordering, delivery, and the honest bits Lead time Six weeks from the day we take the deposit. If it will be longer we tell you before you pay, not after. Deposit Half up front, half when it is ready to ship. Wood moves Ash is a living material. Boards shift a little in the first year, especially near a radiator. That is not a defect and we will not replace a piece for it — but we will always take a look. Repairs We repair anything we made, for as long as we exist. You pay for materials and shipping; the labour is ours. Returns Fourteen days, unused, in the original crate. Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned, which is why we send drawings first.
